Nashville Brain Institute offers Spravato at its Centennial clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. This is the group's flagship and original location, home to medical director Dr. Tianlai Tang and the core psychiatric team.

Dr. Tang trained in neurosurgery, psychopharmacology, and psychiatry, and runs an interventional psychiatry fellowship that is one of only a few in the country. That research orientation shows up in the tools available here, including functional brain imaging, qEEG brain wave assessment, and genetic guided treatment planning.

Alongside Spravato and ketamine, the clinic offers standard and accelerated SAINT protocol TMS, neurofeedback, autism and ADHD testing, and psychotherapy. Appointments may be available within seven days. It serves Nashville, Belle Meade, and Green Hills.
