    2. Use of Service

    KetamineFinder provides a directory of ketamine therapy providers for informational purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. You agree not to:

Reliance on any information provided by KetamineFinder, its employees, contracted writers, or medical professionals presenting content for publication to KetamineFinder is solely at your own risk.

    KetamineFinder strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date clinic listings. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any clinic listing information. Clinic information including hours of operation, services offered, pricing, and insurance acceptance may change without notice.

    Inclusion of a clinic in our directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by KetamineFinder. We encourage users to independently verify all clinic information before making healthcare decisions.

    6. Clinic Listings and Submissions

    Clinic owners and authorized representatives may submit new listings or request to claim existing listings on KetamineFinder. By submitting or claiming a listing, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the clinic and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

    You are responsible for keeping your listing information current. KetamineFinder is not liable for any inaccuracies in submitted content. We reserve the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to listings that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms of Use, or no longer represent an active ketamine therapy provider.

    Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication. KetamineFinder retains full editorial control over which listings appear on the Site, how they are displayed, and whether they remain published.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by KetamineFinder, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall KetamineFinder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KetamineFinder and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect.
