    Reporting Infringement

    2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed, including a URL or other specific location on our site.
    3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

    5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
    6. Your physical or electronic signature.

    Our Response

    Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and make a reasonable effort to notify the party responsible for the content so they may file a counter-notice if appropriate.

    Counter Notices

    If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

    Repeat Infringers

    KetamineFinder may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
