Shrinkty offers Spravato treatment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for adults 18 and up whose depression has not improved on standard antidepressants. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine approved by the FDA and can be used with or without a pill antidepressant.
Doses are never taken at home. Patients spray each dose at the office while the clinical team supervises, then stay for a required observation period. A ride home is needed afterward.
