Initial Series, 3 Infusions: $1,425 over 1-2 weeks. Standard Protocol, 6 Infusions: $2,850 over 2-3 weeks. Chronic Pain Tier 1 (1 hour): $475; Tier 2 (2 hours): $845; Tier 3 (3 hours): $1,100; Tier 4 (4 hours): $1,425. Maintenance infusions typically every 3-6 weeks at $475. Initial consultation is free.
