Access Family Health Services
Access Family Health Services offers Spravato treatment at its behavioral health clinic in Tupelo, Mississippi. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, given in the office for adults with depression that has not responded to other medicines.
The behavioral health team includes psychiatric nurse practitioners and a licensed clinical social worker. Along with Spravato, they provide counseling, EMDR therapy, medication management, alcohol and drug treatment, crisis support, genetic testing, and same day evaluations.
This is a federally funded community health center, so no one is turned away for inability to pay and a sliding fee discount is offered based on income. The clinic is open weekdays and serves Tupelo and nearby northeast Mississippi communities.

Saturday-Sunday: Closed
