Allina Health Mental Health – United Clinic in St. Paul administers Spravato for adults with severe depression that has not improved with standard medication or therapy.

Treatment starts twice a week and later moves to once-weekly sessions. Each dose is given in the clinic with medical supervision.

The United Clinic also provides psychiatric and psychological evaluation plus medication management for adults, adolescents, and children. Its current office is in the Doctors Professional Building near United Hospital.

The Spravato program coordinates care with the patient’s psychiatrist throughout treatment. The clinic is a St. Paul treatment site for patients from across the Twin Cities area.
