Primrose Mental Health

Primrose Mental Health is a certified Spravato treatment center in Mankato. Spravato is a nasal spray used with an oral antidepressant for treatment resistant depression and acute suicidality in adults.

Each session runs about two hours. The schedule starts at twice a week for four weeks, then once a week for four weeks, then every other week depending on how a person responds.

The practice is led by a doctorally prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. It also offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy that draws on mindfulness, reflective listening, and cognitive behavioral work. The office is downtown and serves Mankato and nearby towns.
