Treatment follows a structured arc: one to two preparation sessions to set intentions and build safety, six to eight dosing sessions held every one to two weeks lasting two to two and a half hours each, and integration sessions 24 to 72 hours afterward to process insights and weave them into daily life.
The therapist is present throughout each dosing session, whether in-office or online. Northern Edge also offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
