Ketamine IM Injections: $250 per injection (Standard Loading Series 6 injections, Booster, Grief Series 3 injections, Stress/Decompress). Ketamine IV Infusions for Mental Health: $350 per infusion (Standard Loading Series 6 infusions, Booster, Grief Series 3 infusions, Stress/Decompress). Ketamine IV Infusions for Chronic Pain: 2 hour Infusion $450, 4 hour Infusion $650, Standard Loading Series 5 infusions $450/$650 per infusion. Oral At Home Ketamine: $250 per visit includes cost of visit and one month supply of medication (10 doses), 2x Week dosing. Psych Medication Management: Initial Psychiatric Evals range from $100-200 for 30 min to 1 hour visits; Follow-ups and Med Management $100 for 15 min visits.
