Resilient Psychiatry offers Spravato in Lutherville, Maryland. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, made for adults who have tried two or more antidepressants without success. It is also used for major depression with suicidal thoughts.
Care starts with a consultation covering medical history, treatment goals, and insurance coverage. Patients take the spray themselves under supervision, then stay at least two hours while staff track vital signs.
The practice also offers ketamine assisted therapy, medication management, and supportive counseling for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
The team coordinates closely with referring providers. Video visits are available. The office serves Lutherville, Timonium, Towson, and the greater Baltimore area.
