Resilient Psychiatry offers Spravato in Lutherville, Maryland. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, made for adults who have tried two or more antidepressants without success. It is also used for major depression with suicidal thoughts.
Care starts with a consultation covering medical history, treatment goals, and insurance coverage. Patients take the spray themselves under supervision, then stay at least two hours while staff track vital signs.
The practice also offers ketamine assisted therapy, medication management, and supportive counseling for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma. The team coordinates closely with referring providers. Video visits are available. The office serves Lutherville, Timonium, Towson, and the greater Baltimore area.

Accepts insurance. In network with Aetna and Aetna Coventry, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Johns Hopkins, Maryland Medicaid, and UnitedHealthcare. Out of network for other plans. Self pay is accepted. Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HSA cards, Afterpay, and Klarna are all accepted. Care Credit and personal checks are not.
Other costs
First appointment, a 60 minute diagnostic evaluation, $250 to $275. Follow up visits, available in 30, 40, or 60 minute lengths, $150. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee.
