CNS Mental Wellness offers Spravato and TMS from its Frederick office on Thomas Johnson Drive. The clinic focuses on interventional treatment for depression and gives patients two options that work differently from standard antidepressant medication.

Spravato is administered at the office as a supervised nasal treatment. TMS is delivered through a noninvasive magnetic stimulation system and doesn’t require medication.

CNS Mental Wellness operates alongside the larger Comprehensive Neurology Services organization but maintains its own mental health treatment space in Suite 230. The Frederick clinic serves patients from the city and surrounding communities across Frederick County and western central Maryland.
