Alder Grove Wellness Group provides Spravato (esketamine) at its Northglenn, Colorado office, an FDA-approved nasal spray treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression when at least two medications have not adequately eased depressive symptoms. Doses are administered in the office one to two times per week under REMS requirements, with post-dose monitoring.

Unlike traditional antidepressants, Spravato acts on a brain receptor that helps regulate mood, and most patients are able to continue their usual medications throughout treatment.
