Alder Grove Wellness Group
Alder Grove Wellness Group provides Spravato (esketamine) at its Northglenn, Colorado office, an FDA-approved nasal spray treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression when at least two medications have not adequately eased depressive symptoms. Doses are administered in the office one to two times per week under REMS requirements, with post-dose monitoring.
Unlike traditional antidepressants, Spravato acts on a brain receptor that helps regulate mood, and most patients are able to continue their usual medications throughout treatment.
Treatment is overseen by board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners who value a collaborative, team-based model of care. In addition to Spravato, the Northglenn location offers medication management, counseling, and telehealth appointments for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.

Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse rates: Initial consultation $350, Follow-up visit $175. Add-on services (letter writing, care coordination, school consultations) billed at $50 per 15-minute increment.
