Alder Grove Wellness Group offers Spravato (esketamine) at its Cherry Creek office in Denver, Colorado, an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression who have not found relief after at least two prior antidepressants. Treatment is provided in the office one to two times per week under the REMS protocol, with monitoring after each dose.
Spravato works through a different mechanism than standard oral antidepressants, targeting a brain receptor involved in mood regulation. Most patients can continue their usual medications while undergoing treatment.
Care is delivered by board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners who take a team-based approach, collaborating with primary care providers and therapists when appropriate. Alongside Spravato, the Denver office provides medication management, counseling, and telehealth services for a range of mental health conditions.
