IM ketamine: $475 per treatment (with package of 6) or $550 for in-office IM ketamine session (90 minutes). IV ketamine: $575 per treatment (with package of 6) or $650 for in-office IV ketamine session (90 minutes). Ketamine Assisted Therapy: $350 per session. Ketamine Lozenge Prescription: starting at $250/month. Additional time beyond 90 minutes: $400 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments). Psychotherapy 60-minute session: $300. Ketamine session add-on: $200.
