Roots and Roads Wellness

Roots and Roads Wellness is an independent outpatient mental health practice in downtown Oshkosh, Wisconsin, led by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who believe good care should feel both clinically sound and deeply human. The clinic offers Spravato for treatment-resistant depression, administered in-office as part of comprehensive psychiatric care.
