Accelerated Psychiatry offers ketamine infusions and Spravato in Madison, Wisconsin. The team brings a combined 40 years of clinical, research, and teaching experience, and treats brain stimulation and ketamine as interventions that belong inside a wider care plan rather than standalone fixes.
Referrals are required, and the requirement is specific: they only accept them from healthcare teams that include a licensed mental health professional. They also coordinate with your primary care provider to confirm you are safe for treatment. Psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists can all refer.
Alongside ketamine, the practice runs accelerated theta burst stimulation in three minute bursts and specialized TMS targeting the medial prefrontal cortex for treatment resistant OCD. Immunization and N95 masks are required on site. It serves Madison and south central Wisconsin.

Insurance covers nasal esketamine (Spravato) for Treatment Resistant Depression. Insurance covers TMS (including Theta Burst) for Treatment Resistant Depression and some plans cover TMS for OCD. IV ketamine is NOT covered by insurance. In-network insurers include: Alliance, Anthem, Blue Cross/Shield, Badgercare, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, United, Quartz, and GHC of Southern Wisconsin.
