Pacific Phoenix Psychiatry & TMS
Pacific Phoenix Psychiatry & TMS offers IM ketamine and Spravato at its East Vancouver, Washington location for adults with major depressive disorder and PTSD. Intramuscular ketamine is given as a single injection into the arm by an RN, with an MD present and monitoring throughout the session.
Treatment sessions run about 60 to 120 minutes with continuous vital sign monitoring. A common protocol is two sessions per week for three weeks, followed by a maintenance plan tailored to the patient. Ketamine triggers a surge in glutamate that promotes neuroplasticity and can interrupt patterns tied to depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Led by Elia Gonzalez-Rodriguez, MD, the practice also offers Spravato, TMS, medication management, and military and veteran services. Patients must arrange to be signed out by another adult and cannot drive for 24 hours afterward.
