Pacific Phoenix Psychiatry & TMS offers IM ketamine and Spravato at its Salmon Creek location in Vancouver, Washington for adults with major depressive disorder and PTSD. Intramuscular ketamine is delivered as a single injection into the arm, administered by an RN with an MD present throughout the session.

Sessions last about 60 to 120 minutes with continuous vitals monitoring and regular MD check-ins. Most patients undergo two sessions per week for three weeks, followed by an individualized maintenance plan. Ketamine acts on NMDA receptors to promote neuroplasticity, often producing faster relief than traditional medications.

Led by Elia Gonzalez-Rodriguez, MD, the practice also provides Spravato, TMS, medication management, and military and veteran services. Patients arrange a ride home and cannot drive for 24 hours after treatment.
