The esketamine nasal spray is self-administered under the supervision of a healthcare provider, with at least two hours of monitoring afterward.
Used alongside an oral antidepressant, Spravato works differently from traditional medications and often brings results more quickly. The practice takes a caring, holistic approach, tailoring treatment to each patient rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.
