Comprehensive Psychiatry in Spokane Valley administers Spravato within an outpatient psychiatric practice led by Laura Newsom, ARNP, PMHNP-BC. The clinic also provides psychiatric medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, insomnia, and other mental health concerns.

Patients can receive in-person psychiatric care at the East Nora Avenue office, while telehealth is available for appropriate routine appointments. Spravato remains an in-office treatment with the monitoring required for esketamine.

Comprehensive Psychiatry gives Spokane Valley patients access to supervised Spravato alongside continuing medication management. The practice also serves Liberty Lake, Spokane, Cheney, Pullman, and other communities across eastern Washington.
