AIMS Institute in Seattle provides intramuscular ketamine and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through a structured six-week program. Treatment starts with medical and psychological screening, followed by preparation before the first medicine session. Individual and group KAP are both available, and integration follows each ketamine session.

The clinic uses IM ketamine for both its deeper and lower-dose KAP formats. AIMS also prescribes compounded ketamine lozenges for selected patients as part of its treatment program.
