Essential Health Group offers Spravato treatment in Medical Lake, Washington. The psychiatric side of the practice, Essential Psychiatry, provides Spravato and TMS therapy for patients who have not responded to standard antidepressants.

Dr. Candie Wellwood, a retired Air Force veteran and psychiatric nurse practitioner, leads the psychiatric team. The clinic is a VA preferred provider with specialized trauma care for veterans and first responders, including EMDR therapy.
