Spravato esketamine targets glutamate to restore brain connections disrupted by depression, administered by REMS-certified clinicians in a comfortable suite over about two hours, with twice-weekly sessions for four weeks before tapering.

Ketamine infusion therapy provides rapid-acting support for mood and trauma over 45 to 60 minute sessions, while TMS offers FDA-cleared, non-invasive depression care using NeuroStar in about 20 minutes per session. The clinic integrates therapy, medication adjustments, and brain-based diagnostics for sustained recovery.
