NoVA Care Psychiatry offers Spravato treatment in Manassas, Virginia. Spravato is an FDA approved therapy for treatment resistant depression, used when traditional medications have not worked. The practice is led by board certified psychiatrists.

Care begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and history review, followed by a treatment plan built around each patient's diagnosis, lifestyle, and goals. Regular follow ups track progress and adjust the plan.

TMS therapy is also available as a noninvasive option for treatment resistant depression. Other services include medication management, geriatric psychiatry, perinatal and maternal psychiatry, genetic testing, substance abuse treatment, and FAA evaluations.
