Foundations Psychiatry in St. George, Utah offers Spravato for adults with treatment-resistant depression who have tried two or more antidepressants and still struggle with depressive symptoms. The only FDA-approved nasal spray for TRD, Spravato is administered under the supervision of a Spravato-certified facility and physician, working faster and acting on different brain receptors than traditional antidepressants. Treatment is given twice weekly for the first month, then usually once or twice weekly until the patient is stable.
