Peak Balance Mental Health

Peak Balance Mental Health is a certified Spravato treatment center in Provo, Utah. A mental health provider oversees every session in a medically supervised setting.

The clinic runs a deliberately collaborative model. It does not replace a patient's existing therapist but partners with them, providing the medical and physiological side while the therapist handles the therapeutic work. Care also folds in sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management as part of the picture.

Alongside Spravato, the practice provides psychiatric evaluations and close medication management, adjusting treatment over time rather than simply prescribing. Payment is currently cash pay while insurance credentialing is underway. Peak Balance serves Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, and Pleasant Grove.
