The Lotus Center

The Lotus Center in Millcreek, Utah offers ketamine therapy through a whole-person, integrative lens for individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and treatment-resistant symptoms. Every ketamine journey is supported by intentional preparation and follow-up integration, with trauma-informed care from a team of therapists, APRNs, and a clinical chaplain.

Before beginning, clients meet with an APRN for a thorough evaluation to determine whether ketamine is safe and appropriate. The center offers multiple in-clinic pathways, including Spravato esketamine nasal spray, individual IM ketamine supported by a clinical chaplain, and IM ketamine-assisted psychotherapy paired with a therapist. Small-group ketamine retreats and at-home microdosing options are also available.
