Spravato esketamine nasal spray is taken alongside an oral antidepressant over 14 sessions across three months, self-administered with two hours of monitoring by a medical assistant. IM ketamine is administered in low doses into the deltoid muscle over 12 treatments across three months, working on NMDA receptors to increase glutamate and improve depressive symptoms, paired with psychotherapy.
The practice also offers comprehensive child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, and trauma, along with therapy using ACT, CBT, and DBT.
