The standard protocol is two sessions weekly in month one, weekly in month two, then maintenance based on progress.
Each session involves a higher-dose, in-clinic injection or infusion lasting 40 to 60 minutes, with monitoring afterward and no take-home doses for safety. Driving is not allowed post-treatment, and the clinic partners with Uber Health to coordinate transportation. Spravato treatment and medication management are also available.
