The REMS-certified office provides Spravato for patients who have not responded to one or more antidepressants, administered under supervision with a two-hour on-site monitoring period.

Every patient is treated in a private room, and Hawkins Psychiatry offers late and evening appointment hours for added flexibility.

The Spravato schedule begins twice weekly for the first four weeks, followed by weekly sessions, with maintenance frequency tailored to each patient's response. Patients rest in a recliner during monitoring and arrange a ride home afterward, since sedation prevents driving until the next day.
