Our Psyche

Our Psyche offers Spravato treatment in Edinburg, Texas. The practice is a Spravato treatment center, giving the FDA approved nasal spray alongside an oral antidepressant for adults with treatment resistant depression.

Care is led by Dr. Johanna Torres-Santiago, a general psychiatrist, with support from a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychology services, and telehealth visits.

TMS therapy is also available as a noninvasive option for major depression. Staff serve patients in both English and Spanish. Our Psyche serves Edinburg, McAllen, and communities across the Rio Grande Valley.
