Initial consultations and treatment planning are conducted virtually, while all immersive treatments are delivered in person. Spravato sessions run about two hours under prescriber supervision, typically twice weekly for the first month and weekly for the second. Intramuscular ketamine is also offered for those who qualify.
The care team of psychiatrists and clinicians supports patients before, during, and after treatment, and integrates the experience with therapy. Heading also provides TMS, talk therapy, nutritional therapy, and medication management, accepting most major insurance plans.
