One thing to know before calling: a referral is required. The office needs it faxed from a physician, and there is no way around that step. Cash pay options and payment plans are available for certain treatments.

Dr. Nolan founded the practice and is board certified in both pain management and anesthesiology, with more than 25 years in the field.
