Prism Reflections

Prism Reflections offers Spravato treatment in Columbia, South Carolina. The practice announced itself as one of the newest treatment centers in the area to add Spravato, and treatment runs by appointment only.

The team is built around board certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, led by Dr. Brandi Morgan, alongside licensed counselors and life coaches. Spravato is a prescription nasal spray used together with an oral antidepressant, for adults whose depression has not responded to standard treatment.

Beyond Spravato, the practice handles ADHD, mood disorders, sleep problems, addiction, and postpartum depression, plus a parenting group for families of teenagers. They accept insurance and veterans benefits, and are taking new clients. Prism Reflections serves Columbia and the Midlands.
