AnMed TMS and Sleep Diagnostics

AnMed offers Spravato treatment in Anderson, South Carolina for adults whose depression has not improved on standard antidepressants. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine approved by the FDA in 2019. It is used alongside an oral antidepressant and given in a supervised setting.

The treatment is not a fit for everyone. Because esketamine carries a risk of dependence, it is generally not recommended for people with a history of drug or alcohol problems.

The same office offers TMS, a painless treatment that sends magnetic pulses into the brain without anesthesia. AnMed was the first upstate South Carolina facility to offer it. The office sits in the Oglesby Center on the North Campus and serves Anderson and the surrounding upstate.
