OPOM Wellness offers Spravato treatment in York, Pennsylvania for adults with depression that has not improved after two or more antidepressants. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine approved by the FDA. The practice is certified under REMS, the federal safety program that sets the rules for how the medicine is given.

Every dose is taken in the office, in a calm setting built to help patients feel settled during treatment. The practice also handles psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief supportive therapy for stress, coping skills, and life changes.

Care is led by Kiara-Breia Hicks-Lyles, a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. The office serves York and the surrounding communities of south central Pennsylvania.
