The Nexus Group at its Robinson office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offers Spravato for adults with treatment-resistant depression and those experiencing suicidal ideation. The esketamine nasal spray is administered on site under the supervision of experienced, board-certified clinicians.
Care starts with a consultation and assessment of health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals to determine eligibility and build a customized plan. During the initial phase, patients come in twice weekly, self-administer the nasal spray, and are observed for about two hours to monitor for side effects.
Over time the frequency of sessions decreases based on response, with regular check-ins to adjust the plan as needed. Spravato works differently from traditional antidepressants by boosting neuroplasticity, offering a fast-acting option for those who have not found relief.

Self-pay rates: New Patient Evaluation $485, Follow-up Visits $320. No-show/Late Cancel fees: $150 for new patient evaluations, $75 for follow-up appointments. Medication refill fee (outside appointment): $70. Documentation/forms fee: minimum $100. Most major insurance companies cover Spravato treatment cost.
