Ketamine IV Infusions for Chronic Pain: 2 hour Infusion $450, 4 hour Infusion $650 (Standard Loading Series 5 infusions). Oral At Home Ketamine: $250 per visit includes cost of visit and one month supply of medication (10 doses), 2x per week dosing.
