Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center offers Spravato treatment in Altoona, Pennsylvania for adults with depression that has not improved on standard antidepressants. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine approved by the FDA and is taken alongside an oral antidepressant. The center is certified under REMS, the federal program that sets safety rules for the medicine.

Every dose is taken in the office under direct supervision, followed by at least two hours of monitoring. Patients cannot drive afterward and need someone to take them home.
