Used with or without an oral antidepressant, Spravato is administered under the direct supervision of trained medical professionals with at least two hours of monitoring.

A typical plan begins with twice-weekly induction sessions for four weeks, then tapers to weekly and eventually every one to two weeks. The Care Team supports patients through insurance coordination, scheduling, and a no-cost consultation and evaluation before building an individualized treatment plan.
