Evolve Health in Portland, Oregon offers both IV ketamine infusions and Spravato for adults with major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression. Ketamine is administered in subanesthetic doses with a medical referral and is also used for bipolar depression, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, postpartum depression, and migraines.
Infusions are provided in private suites with a calming environment, and patients are monitored throughout by a nurse practitioner, anesthesia provider, or physician. After roughly 40 minutes of post-treatment observation, patients head home with arranged transportation and rest until the effects subside.
