Catalyst Psychiatry

Catalyst Psychiatry is a certified Spravato treatment center in Corvallis, Oregon serving adults with treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. The esketamine nasal spray is administered on site and used alongside an oral antidepressant for patients who have tried two or more antidepressants without relief.

The first visit is a consultation where the center reviews medical information, conducts its own assessment, verifies insurance, and, if appropriate, builds a treatment plan and enrolls the patient in the Spravato REMS program. Blood pressure is monitored before and for at least two hours after each dose.

Catalyst Psychiatry also offers Deep TMS, counseling, psychotherapy, medication management, psychiatric diagnosis and treatment, and GeneSight testing. The practice takes a whole-person approach tailored to each patient's unique situation.
