GRAND Infusion Center

The GRAND Infusion Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma offers both ketamine infusion therapy and Spravato for adults with treatment-resistant depression, major depressive disorder, and acute trauma, including those experiencing suicidal thoughts. Both treatments target brain chemistry differently than traditional antidepressants and can begin working quickly.

The center operates under the leadership of psychiatrist Dr. Kahlil Michael Saliba, who is double board certified in general and child and adolescent psychiatry. The treatment team brings more than 25 years of combined medical experience, with specialized focus on treatment-resistant major depressive disorder.

Part of GRAND Mental Health, the Infusion Center delivers care in a controlled, monitored setting. GRAND serves clients across northeastern and north central Oklahoma and does not deny services based on a patient's ability to pay.
