Pinnacle Care

Pinnacle Care provides Spravato at its Talihina, Oklahoma location for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts. The esketamine nasal spray is administered on site under medical supervision in a REMS-certified setting and is not available as a take-home medication.

The treatment schedule begins with two sessions per week during induction, shifts to weekly visits for maintenance, and moves to every one to two weeks for long-term care. Each session involves monitoring before, during, and after to ensure patient safety.

Spravato is prescribed alongside an oral antidepressant and coordinated with the patient's existing mental health provider. The Talihina team offers compassionate guidance through each stage of treatment.
