Kind Mind Mental Health offers Spravato treatment in Muskogee, Oklahoma for adults whose depression has not improved with antidepressants taken by mouth. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine approved by the FDA. It is used alongside an oral antidepressant and taken in the office under supervision.

This is an outpatient mental health practice staffed by board certified psychiatric nurse practitioners. Along with Spravato, it provides medication management, supportive therapy, and ExoMind, a magnetic brain stimulation treatment for depression. Patients with more complex therapy needs can be referred out, with care coordinated by the clinic.
