Pinnacle Care offers Spravato at its Midwest City, Oklahoma location for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. The practice is REMS certified and administers the esketamine nasal spray in office under close medical supervision.

Treatment is structured across three phases: twice-weekly induction for the first month, weekly maintenance through week eight, then long-term dosing every one to two weeks based on clinical progress. Patients are monitored throughout each visit for safety and tolerability.
