P.I.N.C. Psychiatric Services offers Spravato at its main office in Guymon, Oklahoma. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, used for depression that has not responded to standard medications.

The practice is led by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is an Air Force veteran. She has particular experience with trauma related to military service, hospital and emergency work, and domestic abuse.
