Pinnacle Care

Pinnacle Care provides Spravato at its Enid, Oklahoma location for adults living with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder accompanied by suicidal thoughts. The esketamine nasal spray is administered in office under supervision in a REMS-certified setting, never as a take-home medication.

The treatment plan moves through an induction phase of two sessions per week, a maintenance phase of weekly visits, and a long-term phase of dosing every one to two weeks. Each session includes monitoring before, during, and after for patient safety.

Spravato is prescribed in combination with an oral antidepressant and coordinated with each patient's existing provider. The Enid team guides patients through every step of the process with compassionate, individualized care.
