Pinnacle Care offers Spravato at its Durant, Oklahoma location for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts. As a REMS-certified provider, the practice administers the esketamine nasal spray in office under medical supervision, since it cannot be taken at home.

Treatment follows three phases: twice-weekly induction during the first month, weekly maintenance through week eight, and long-term dosing every one to two weeks based on response. Patients are monitored before, during, and after each session for safety.

Spravato is used alongside an oral antidepressant and coordinated with the patient's current mental health provider for comprehensive care. Pinnacle Care offers Spravato to patients who have tried two or more antidepressants without success.
